About The Position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a key corporate role within the Technology organization, responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide programs that align technical delivery with strategic business goals, drive commercial value, and enhance customer loyalty. Acting as a trusted partner to both Technology and Business leadership, the TPM manages cross-functional initiatives by coordinating multiple projects, resolving dependencies, mitigating risks, and optimizing resources. This role ensures program success through clear roadmaps, executive communications, and outcome-focused reporting—delivering measurable impact, operational efficiency, and long-term competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience leading enterprise-wide technology programs, with a proven track record in core program management areas such as scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource management.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams, drive program alignment, and communicate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
• Experience using project management tools, hybrid methodologies, and agile scrum practices throughout the program lifecycle; PMP, CSM, or ACP certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex programs under tight timelines and competing priorities.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining program deliverables and documentation, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology operations.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust, influence stakeholders, and manage diverse teams across multiple time zones and work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex, multi-year enterprise programs within the Technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and investment constraints.
• Develop and manage key program deliverables including roadmaps, scopes, priorities, risks, and status updates to maintain clarity and control throughout execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including project managers, product managers, and external vendors—and step in as project manager when needed to drive execution.
• Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution, proactively identifying and communicating risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure program continuity.
• Produce clear, executive-ready reporting and communications for PMO updates, maintaining transparency and strategic alignment across stakeholders.
• Apply hybrid project management and agile practices, incorporating security, privacy, and compliance considerations, while mentoring peers on delivery excellence.
