Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Technical Program Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA. The role is responsible for the execution of one or more well-defined projects, under direct guidance of manager or PM lead. The Technical Program Manager will participate in project scheduling and budgeting, and prepare analysis in support. They will persistently communicate and address obstacles delaying projects from delivering against objectives, and effectively communicate via reporting, notes, documentation, FAQs, escalations, and more. The role also involves supporting Visa PMM required project gates and artifacts, fiscal management, and work estimation. As a Scrum Coach, the manager will facilitate multiple teams and work cross-functionally to ensure quality and timely delivery into our production systems. Participation in PM relevant improvement initiatives is also expected. Domestic travel may be required. The position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
