  • Act as the primary operational partner for the Principal Engineering team, freeing Principal Engineers and Technical Staff from project admin tasks.
  • Drive visibility, accountability, and execution on key technical deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Implement a lightweight, effective intake and prioritization mechanism for Principal Engineers.
  • Lead assigned programs to overhaul existing tools and processes for a scalable technical platform.
  • Own program management for Demo Environments, focusing on intake, prioritization, and execution of new feature requests.
  • Manage the roadmap and execution for scaling technical labs, translating Principal-level vision into actionable plans.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks.
  • Act as the central hub for documentation, translating complex technical processes into clear workflows.
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Track record of successfully managing complex, technical infrastructure or lab programs.
  • Proven ability to drive execution and accountability for senior-level technical contributors.
  • Deep experience managing and overhauling technical platforms/environments.
  • Specific knowledge of demo environments, technical training infrastructures, or test beds.
  • Expert proficiency with Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
