Point Wild is building Lat 61, a platform that ingests, normalizes, and enriches diverse data sources to power AI agents, analytics, and decision-making systems. As Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate the delivery of complex initiatives across Lat 61, ensuring alignment between product vision, engineering execution, and customer needs. You will drive planning, coordination, and communication across multiple workstreams, balancing technical depth with program oversight. From platform enhancements and AI integrations to data workflows and customer-facing features, your leadership will ensure Lat 61 is delivered on time, at quality, and with clear business impact.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of technical initiatives across Lat 61, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are well defined and met.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data and AI leaders to coordinate priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Translate product roadmaps into detailed project plans, milestones, and tracking mechanisms that ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Establish best practices for program management, including sprint planning, retrospectives, risk management, and release readiness.
  • Proactively identify blockers, resource gaps, and technical dependencies — and drive resolution before they impact delivery.
  • Ensure that programs deliver measurable business value and align with Lat 61’s growth strategy.
  • Proven track record as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role driving cross-functional delivery in software or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices (APIs, data pipelines, cloud-native systems) with enough technical depth to engage in trade-off discussions.
  • Experience managing large, complex programs spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; adept at translating complex technical work into clear plans and updates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and outcomes.
  • Ability to balance structure and flexibility — introducing process where it adds value, while keeping teams moving fast.
  • Solve real customer problems.
  • See your impact.
  • Accelerate your career.
