We intentionally strive to build diverse teams that feel inclusive for all. Our motto is "All Stripes Welcome," and we put that into practice by valuing both traditional and non-conventional backgrounds and perspectives. We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can optimize the efficiency of our organization to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction. The Technical Program Manager will be a champion of program and project management, end-to-end launch plans, change management, and organizational dynamics.

  • Serve as a core day-to-day leadership partner—working alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Manager—to support the executive owner of a village/pod and jointly drive strategy execution, cross-functional alignment, and measurable impact for complex technical programs.
  • Lead and support quarterly planning for assigned programs and the broader village/pod, including roadmap development, capacity and resource planning, dependency identification, and scope alignment across teams.
  • Drive program and project decomposition by breaking down large initiatives into clear, actionable workstreams; navigate organizational boundaries to establish timelines, clarify interdependencies, and ensure coordinated delivery across multiple teams.
  • Monitor program health and execution, proactively identifying and removing impediments, resolving program-level risks and roadblocks, and ensuring continuous momentum toward delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate executive-level escalations and program-level change management, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and resolution; lead program reviews with delivery teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Own tracking and management of quarterly priorities, maintaining visibility into progress against commitments, surfacing risk early, and ensuring accountability to delivery timelines for all stakeholders.
  • Lead program-level communication, keeping executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams informed of roadmap updates, release plans, and delivery status; socialize learnings and integrate changes to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Translate and communicate highly technical project details into clear, business-aligned plans and milestones, ensuring shared understanding across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Mentor and coach junior program managers, promoting knowledge sharing, developing capabilities, and driving adoption of program management best practices.
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical program management role
  • Proven ability to organize multiple teams delivering on often interconnected product, marketing, data, and infrastructure development initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with leadership and C-suite executives
  • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships across teams and earn trust and confidence in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to align program and project management best practices and reporting with company objectives and strategic goals
  • Ability to identify risks and dependencies and navigate conflicting requirements and opinions to drive quick decision-making and accountability across domains
