What You'll Do: As our new Technical Program Manager , you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating the delivery of complex technology initiatives that support the US Supply Chain and Manufacturing organization. This role sits within US Supply Chain IT and is critical to enabling scale, transformation, and operational excellence in a rapidly growing business. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to ensure programs are delivered with discipline, transparency, and measurable business value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or complex project management within technology-driven environments.
  • Proven experience managing globally distributed teams across product, engineering, and delivery functions.
  • Strong background in Agile program management, including hands-on experience working with Scrum Masters and Scrum teams.
  • Solid technical foundation, with experience supporting enterprise-scale or automated technology environments.
  • High proficiency with delivery, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to align teams around shared objectives.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the US Supply Chain IT program and portfolio, ensuring alignment to business priorities, capacity, and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Agile delivery teams to coordinate execution across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
  • Lead end-to-end program execution from intake through delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and dependency management.
  • Establish and maintain consistent program governance, delivery standards, methodologies, and reporting across the portfolio.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks across the program portfolio, developing mitigation strategies and escalating issues as required.
  • Provide timely and accurate portfolio updates, roadmaps, and performance reporting to senior leaders and steering committees.
  • Champion Agile ways of working and delivery discipline, working closely with Scrum Masters to drive momentum and accountability.
  • Foster strong collaboration and engagement across geographically distributed, cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
