About The Team The strategic initiatives team at Kensho drives both co-innovation of emerging AI capabilities and value realization of Kensho’s AI products, both internally within S&P Global (e.g., Market Intelligence, Ratings) and externally with top financial institutions globally. About The Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that advance our business and technology strategy. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, business, and go-to-market teams to ensure our most critical programs are executed with clarity, alignment, and measurable impact. The Technical Program Manager will serve as the connective tissue between AI strategy and execution: define objectives, coordinate stakeholders, improve cross-team alignment, manage risks, and drive accountability across the organization. We also value in-person collaboration, so there may be times when travel to one of our Kensho hubs (e.g., Cambridge, MA or NYC) will be required for team meetings or company events Kensho states that the anticipated base salary range for the position is 150-200K. At Kensho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
