About The Position

In this position... We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of Integrated Services solutions across the product teams High Integrity Commitments (HICs) roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge digital technology and automotive-grade systems, where innovation, user experience, and rapid delivery are paramount. You will be part of a complex, cross-functional program team that spans embedded software, cloud integration, hardware interfaces, and user experience design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar degree is required
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Understanding of digital technical solutions, CRM’s, commerce engines, Cloud Integration, Mobile Apps, Embedded vehicle software, Customer Privacy.
  • Strong technical background in systems engineering and software development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Ability to influence without Authority and guide leadership.
  • Passion for innovation, user experience, and delivering impactful technology.

Responsibilities

  • Program planning and execution across multiple vehicle programs and digital platforms, balancing resources, risks, and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation plans across integrated services feature deliverables and functionality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of infotainment and connected services aligned with Integrated Services HIC roadmap and customer expectations.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution, quality, and velocity.
  • Provide ongoing, objective feedback to strategy, product, and engineering to support the ever-changing landscape of execution.
  • Recognize and quickly respond to the needs of a program in execution where roles and responsibilities may be unclear.
