About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong experience in the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate will drive complex, cross‑functional technology programs, collaborate with engineering and business teams, and ensure delivery of high‑impact initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–12 years of experience in Program/Project Management within IT.
  • Mandatory experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
  • Hands-on experience driving application development projects or platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial products, payments, lending, core banking, risk systems, or regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical background or prior experience as developer/engineer.
  • Certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or PgMP.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of API integrations, microservices, and data engineering concepts.
  • Exposure to regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams.
  • Develop program roadmaps, define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Manage program execution, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand system design, integration patterns, and technical dependencies.
  • Support solution design discussions, highlight technical risks, and influence architectural decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to technology standards, security requirements, and compliance mandates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, progress tracking, and escalations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present status reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Manage budgets, resources, vendor engagement (if applicable), and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, documentation, and program governance.
  • Ensure programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the banking/financial sector.
