About The Position

Oracle's Global Physical Security (GPS) Systems Team is committed to delivering secure and seamless access credentialing across the corporation's global offices and data centers. We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to lead the vision, modernization, and global life cycle of Oracle's BADGE Kiosk Hardware platforms, essential for secure issuance, management, and auditing of access credentials at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in physical security hardware deployments and automation, excels in complex vendor and technical stakeholder environments, and is committed to maximizing uptime, process efficiency, security, and user satisfaction. You will oversee the complete BADGE kiosk hardware environment, defining its technology roadmap, directing global deployments, orchestrating remote management, and automating both support and user-facing processes. A continuous improvement mindset, strong analytical approach, and technical hands-on leadership are essential to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure that Oracle's evolving badge credentialing ecosystem remains robust, compliant, and future-ready.
