The Senior Technical Program Manager -WS EssilorLuxottica North America is responsible for the project goals for programs within the Helix division. The position will report to the Senior Director IT of Helix Program Delivery. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads enterprise-level integration initiatives that support the introduction of new products within the Helix Division. This role serves as the primary liaison for coordination across new product development teams, while collaborating closely with the TPM responsible for Retail-specific project dependencies. The TPM manages both Waterfall and Agile development efforts, overseeing all aspects of project execution including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, capital and status reporting, timeline management, and follow-up on key deliverables in alignment with IT PMO standards.
