This position is part of our Advanced Safety and User Experience segment (AS&UX). As a Technical Program Manager, you will own and ensure high-quality, at-cost, and on-time delivery of the product. You will manage the technical product roadmap that defines the 'how' to deliver to the product roadmap, converting use cases into epics, stories, and tasks, determining required time for delivery, and balancing competing engineering needs. Collaboration with the Product Manager is essential to refine the product roadmap considering technical feasibility. You will support engineering resource staffing onto product teams and ensure that the team meets project targets in terms of content, quality, timing, and cost. Additionally, you will remove any external roadblocks for engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of results and manage and support external partners working with internal engineers. Attracting, recruiting, and retaining new talents will also be part of your responsibilities, along with developing, guiding, mentoring, evaluating, training, managing, and recognizing employees. Compliance with applicable policies and procedures, including competency design and methodology direction for platform-specific designs, is required. You will also be responsible for managing budget and capital planning.
