This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Atlanta office up to 5 days a week. As a Technical Program Manager at Slalom, you will join a community of delivery professionals who thrive in complexity and are passionate about making things happen.   • Lead the coordination and execution of complex, multi-workstream technology programs across cloud, data, software, and platform domains.
  • Partner with clients to define program goals, success metrics, and governance structures that align with strategic business outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate agile and hybrid delivery models, driving alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate delivery and improve decision-making.
  • Contribute to Slalom's delivery excellence by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.
  • Support business development efforts through scoping, estimation, and solution shaping.
  • 8-12 years of experience in technical program or project management, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline program execution and enhance team productivity.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
