Dispel Engineering is in charge of building and maintaining Dispels products. Engineering interacts closely with Product, Operations, and Project management. All members of the engineering team are expected to be honest, competent and easy to work with. Communicating around the state of plans and execution as well as continually learning about the technologies used in Dispels products is also expected of all team members. In Dispel Engineering we help each other before we help ourselves, we succeed or fail as a team. Product TPMs work at the cross-section between technical execution and business strategy and are expected to partner closely with Engineering and Product teams. Being a TPM means driving impact by delivering measurable results across a wide range of areas. You'll be responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features. It also means having a strong technical background, understanding system architecture, and the experience to effectively collaborate across functions and organizations to deliver impact.
