As the Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for Strategic Planning, and Technical Project management through all phases of the product life cycle. This role will manage interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders. This position will work in conjunction with Product Management and Engineering to ensure the delivery of our roadmap. This position's objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Technical Program Manager, Product Led Growth.

  • Coordinate planning cycles, connecting different points of view to help leadership and product teams plan with the best possible business context including timeline development, supporting teams to complete associated deliverables, and working collaboratively to prepare presentations.
  • Lead successful meetings for the Executive team and broader organization including formulating agendas, guiding and facilitating the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up.
  • Lead projects and experiments impacting engineering, design, product management, and other XF teams which may span beyond the scope of the group, requiring cross-company collaboration.
  • Frame problems strategically so that teams better understand the problems at hand and the trade-offs.
  • Establish an operations optimization roadmap and ensure progress is being made that spans across our own org and partner functions (design, core product, etc).
  • Build presentations related to roadmap, operations, OKRs, and other related organizational information, closely working with the leadership team on the content and putting it together in a cohesive story.
  • Track and communicate OKRs, including strategic and team-level priorities, goals and metrics.
  • Provide analysis on our operations and represent executives in certain meetings.
  • Partner with other departments, including Finance, HR, Product Management, Marketing.
  • Draft team and company-wide content, including email, slack and web.
  • Develop presentation content for yourself and executives and promote a spirit of collaboration and open communications.
  • Establish Team culture and foster an environment of collaboration by ensuring cross-team collaboration and team building sessions.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience using project and issue tracking software such as Jira.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • Experience in working with all hierarchy levels.
  • Ability to lead without authority in order to drive cross-functional teams towards completion of their deliverables.
  • Written and verbal communication skills that reflect clear thinking and clear messaging across different cohorts of audience.
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve creative compromise.
