As a Technical Program Manager at Convera USA, LLC, you will manage internal customer and cross-team relationships, ensuring effective communication and management of technology development. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the team on multiple technology projects, which includes coordinating schedules and timelines, fostering cross-team collaboration, aligning people, removing impediments, maintaining product backlog health, and setting expectations based on time, scope, resources, and quality adherence. Additionally, you will act as a Scrum Master to coach the scrum team and coordinate project communication between clients, technology staff, and senior management. The position allows for partial remote work, with a requirement to report to company offices in Denver, CO approximately one day per week.

  • At least three years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience with Agile principles and environment.
  • Knowledge of Scrum mechanics and the Scrum framework including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Familiarity with software development methods, coding languages, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and testing strategies.
  • Experience in project management and metric analysis using Confluence, Jira, and Jira Analytics.
  • Ability to implement Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
