About The Position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Veritas at Amazon is responsible for supporting initiatives in resource and application discovery within Amazon security. This role involves defining and implementing strategies to achieve long-term security goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the full lifecycle of features added to the product. The TPM will work closely with various stakeholders, including Legal, Product, and Engineering teams, to enhance security services and infrastructure, ultimately driving security excellence across multiple domains.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 2+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year project plans impacting multiple Amazon business units to drive security excellence.
• Lead ambiguous and undefined problems to resolution amidst uncertainty.
