Technical Program Manager, Structuring Analyst

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As a Structuring Analyst on the Portfolio Management team, you will lead individual initiatives and projects and work with teams across the company in support of Google's global data center energy portfolio, including our efforts to reach 24/7 carbon-free energy and other clean energy objectives. In this role, you will focus on providing structuring expertise to the energy team by reviewing the portfolio impact of non-standard agreements structures, analysis, risks, and non-standard contract terms and conditions while proactively identifying improvements that support portfolio optimization. You will also play an instrumental role on the team evaluating and structuring investments to support the energy portfolio's objectives. This includes supporting and guiding execution on specific commercial agreements points driven by data derived from financial modeling while identifying and optimizing for portfolio wide objectives.
