About the position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) role at Intrinsic involves managing the delivery of advanced automation technology and robotic solutions to customers and partners. The TPM will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, roboticists, and technologists to ensure that cutting-edge technology is effectively delivered and utilized by businesses at scale. This position requires strong coordination with various stakeholders and the ability to navigate complex project requirements while maintaining clarity and alignment on goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of automation technology and robotic solutions to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate alignment on project scope, timelines, and feasibility.
  • Own and maintain an up-to-date delivery status overview and manage related risks.
  • Manage the delivery budget, including cost and resource allocation.
  • Guide the team to adhere to established standards and processes.
  • Represent delivery status in regular leadership updates and raise flags for guidance when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experienced in applying best practice technical program/project management approaches.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to facilitate alignment of competing needs and constraints.
  • Experience in managing collaborative external projects from start to end.
  • Concise and clear communication skills, especially with external partners and customers.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in robotic-automation specialized technical program/project management.
  • Understanding of conventional robotics and automation systems, including mechatronic systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with robotics technologies such as machine learning and computer vision.
  • Prior work experience in the electronics contract manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and/or German language.
