  • Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects within the payment’s initiative, from initiation to delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable architecture decisions.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, QA, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery of payment solutions.
  • Coordinate developers, testers, and other key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Promote continuous improvements in project management and software development processes by adopting best practices and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization, contributing to the overall financial health of the projects.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize their impact on project deliverables.
  • Regularly report project status to management and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5-years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology and payments industry.
  • Payments industry experience mandatory.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams and excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining clear strategic focus.
  • A flexible approach to managing complex projects in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Direct experience with payment systems and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the payments landscape.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
