About The Position

As we shape the future of global cybersecurity, our Trust team is seeking a talented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help mature our Office of the CSO, driving consistent, high‑quality reporting and program delivery while strengthening customer confidence and advancing our security posture. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, build scalable processes, and collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure our security programs are proactive, transparent, and impactful. A successful candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building trust through security. They are proactive in removing roadblocks, effectively rally support for initiatives, and handle business decisions with a data-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience across scope, schedule, budget and risk.
  • 2+ years of data analytics experience (ex: building data structures, gathering data using SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.)
  • Must have experience with the Atlassian Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer incident communications and regulatory response workflows.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • Experience with metrics tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Microsoft BI.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of core information security principles and risk management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments, web services, and multi-tiered architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programs that mature and scale the Office of the CSO function within Blue Yonder.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security projects within the OCSO, from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution and KPI reporting.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success), leadership, and external partners.
  • Develop repeatable processes, manage dependencies, and resolve risks with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Lead ambiguous and undefined problems to resolution, influencing and aligning diverse teams around shared goals using data-driven insights.
  • Champion innovation and simplification, helping technical teams deliver scalable solutions to complex challenges.
  • Contribute to organizational enablement through tooling, training, and documentation that supports security culture and awareness.
