Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across silicon-focused hardware development programs. This role is ideal for individuals with deep experience in material management/readiness and operational process optimization. As a TPM, you will work closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex hardware programs from concept through production.

  • Drive material readiness by collaborating with supply chain and materials teams to forecast, procure, and manage inventory of critical components
  • Oversee operational support processes, including vendor coordination, production scheduling, and issue resolution to maintain program velocity
  • Manage cross-functional schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across engineering, NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance
  • Own and drive program reviews, status updates, and decision-making forums with executive stakeholders
  • Ensure program alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and operational constraints
  • Champion best practices in hardware development lifecycle, including requirements management, build readiness, validation planning, and release criteria
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, dashboards, and tracking tools
  • Manage program risks and issues
  • Support cost, schedule, and resource optimization through data-driven program insights
  • Support with creating program documentations, how-to guides, communication plan, wikis, and other material
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on system-level hardware development
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
