About The Position

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager intern to join our team, focusing on infrastructure services that scale with the company's growth. This full-time internship will involve driving large cross-team programs within infrastructure engineering, collaborating with various teams to redefine possibilities in Meta's infrastructure.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• Organizational and coordination skills along with multitasking capabilities to get things done.
• Demonstrated experience in relationship building and influencing stakeholders.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of mobile apps, video infrastructure, data analytics, machine learning, backend systems, computer architecture, and/or cloud infrastructure services.
• Working knowledge of Project and Program Management skills and tools.
• Intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship/co-op.

Responsibilities

• Work and strategize with others on cross-functional engineering infrastructure projects covering areas such as mobile apps, video, machine learning, backend systems, and software deployment.
• Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation/deployment, and monitoring.
• Perform risk identification and management for programs.
• Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks.
• Help drive process and communications improvements across multiple teams and functions, both internal and external to Meta.
