Marcom Platform & Services (MP&S) partners with Marcom's Global Marketing Communications group to deliver platforms and tools. Marcom oversees all of Apple's advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The Technical Program Manager, Interactive Content Management role will be responsible for owning Content Management perspective on Content Management tools strategy and best practices across Marcom, working both internally and with agency partners to encourage consistency, efficiency, and innovation. This role works closely with the rest of the MP&S internal Content Management team, as well as with MP&S teams, Digital Product, Content Management agency partners, Digital Producers, GEO Alt Producers, Development, QA and Leadership in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim of advancing the ongoing development of Marcom's Content Management strategy and making connections across Marcom's content management tools. This role will create and maintain relationships both internally and with agency partners, monitoring status and ongoing progress of existing and future Marcom Content Management systems and processes and playing a critical role in key projects. This role will also be responsible for making overall recommendations that further Marcom goals for Content Management and finding connections between tools that encourage efficiency and decrease risk.
