As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Platforms Infrastructure Engineering PMO is part of Technical Infrastructure under MSCA programs organization and partners with GCE/TI Engineering and Operations teams to deliver a broad product roadmap of systems, hardware and software critical to enabling Cloud and Google services. Our organization provides technical program management, focusing on increasing velocity, quality, predictability, and coordination across teams. As part of the Platforms PMO team, Machine Learning (ML) System PMO team leads the programs from concept to production where we design, build and deliver industry-leading ML Systems for internal PAs and Cloud customers. In this role, you will lead complex ML supercomputer NPIs (such as TPU systems) that involves cutting edge technology, in house hardware and software design, deployment to the data centers and extensive cross-functional engagement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience with new product introduction (NPI) across software or hardware products (architecture, development, launch).
Experience in ML/GPU Systems, infrastructure systems, and data center hardware.

Responsibilities

Partner with key engineering leads/stakeholders, contribute to ML System Roadmap by program managing complex projects, organize cross-project work within the program, and define program controls/governance/standards.
Lead end-to-end development and landing of next-generation ML Systems through NPI PLC process from concept to production and sustaining.
Drive a portfolio of tracks to make direct and measurable impact on customer adoption and partner with engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure that organization-wide OKRs are set and reflect top-level strategy as well as ensure projects are effectively prioritized, resourced, and managed.
Engage with executives and cross-functional leaders to strategize and drive ML Hardware/System roadmap.
Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis, drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
