About The Position

As a Technical Program Manager III at Google, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the Cloud Networking team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to plan project requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of Google's global network infrastructure data, while also managing operational and tactical data projects to enhance business efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience working with data analytics tools (such as BigQuery, R, etc.) and reporting platforms (such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with applications such as IBM Tririga, Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS.
• Experience in data analytics, warehousing, ETL development, data science, or other Big Data applications.
• Knowledge in data networking architectures and physical network components.

Responsibilities

• Develop governing policies on data quality and educate partner teams to ensure accurate, complete, and accessible network infrastructure data.
• Extend existing network infrastructure data tools/applications, methods, standards, and processes to support business efficiency and automation programs.
• Manage operational and tactical data projects and programs, including data management and translation, contractor management for data entry, and developing ETL procedures and workflows.
• Align product and cross-organizational project priorities and schedules with Technical/Product/Project leadership.
• Conduct geo analysis using tools like ArcGIS with data managed by the larger team.
