A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Google’s Enterprise Network (GEN) Service Management team strives to provide users with quality service, focusing on consistent and efficient support. Communication, continuous improvement of process and tools, governance, and customer engagement. The team is engaged in many projects across the GEN landscape. The impact of our work is felt through Google. In this role, you don't wait for someone to come to you with problems. Instead, study the data and take action. You will understand that users may be frustrated when they have problems with the service. You will be patient and understanding, and do your best to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. You will not just apologize for the problems. You will focus on finding solutions that will prevent the problems from happening again. You will take ownership of problems and work to resolve them and don't blame other teams or departments for problems.
