About The Position

We are looking for experienced technical program management professionals to join our team and help us build towards the future. Our Technical Program Managers (TPM) conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to bring Tech and Product vision to fruition. This role requires TPMs to work across different vendors, manage multiple stakeholders, explore different tech-stacks, manage cross-platform integrations, validate tech solutions, and ensure compliance with company guidelines on payment, data access & privacy, as well as data security. You will contribute to the strategies, roadmap, design choices, optimizing operations, vendors selection as well as choice of technology to build secure, scalable, cost effective, reliable, and resilient capabilities for customers while keeping high UX standards. In this role, you get to dive as deep as you want into the tech stack, the integration patterns, the organizational capabilities, and the company wide assets that can be leveraged to provide technical solutions to customer problems. You may drive the execution of a feature through the full stack or may drive a project which spans multiple teams and integrations, reporting meaningful status along the way. Requirements

  • You are keen, curious, and have technical acumen. You enjoy diving deep to understand platforms capabilities and underlying technologies
  • You can plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program
  • You are self-organizing and can break down a problem/task into smaller achievable chunks
  • You have sense of ownership and accountability. Can work with limited guidance from peers, people leader, and other stakeholders
  • You have solid comprehension and articulation skills, especially when it comes to technology. You are able to understand technical aspects related to platform integrations and implementations.

  • You have the ability to distill information and translate technical verbiage based on the audience for effective comprehension
  • You love to solve problems, come up with potential solutions before seeking inputs

  • Comfortable working on the following: (experience with at least one of these technologies preferred)
  • Content Management Systems
  • SSO configurations
  • Cert and key management
  • Microservices APIs
  • CI/CD pipeline
  • 'As a Service' models, Cloud native applications, White label solutions
  • User analytics tools (Mixpanel, Adobe etc.)
  • Code version control and collaboration tools (Github etc..)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Corp Security, Legal, Data privacy teams for various compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with other partner teams (BizOps, Support, internal governance etc.) to ensure continuous progress.
  • Own technical requirements, oversee development, lead solution validations, and plan for roll-out
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges that stakeholders come across
  • Manage project communications, and may be the first point of contact for the team
  • Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations. Identify blocking issues and manage their resolution
  • Own project communications and ensure the right information about the status of a project is delivered to the right audience at the right time
