A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Google Data Centers (GDC) makes up one of the largest and most powerful computing infrastructures on the planet. As GDC is planning for the next wave of data center growth, it has built an exceptional Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program to scale compliance and safety excellence design, construction, commissioning, deployment and operations of data centers. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new site acquisition and growth for EHS programs from initial due diligence to management system implementation, and environmental compliance programs. You will play a critical part in ensuring all environmental issues are identified and addressed by working collaboratively with a cross-functional team of GDC departments and contractors to protect Google’s interests. You will also be responsible for creating accurate and coordinated timelines that support stakeholder teams in meeting scheduled timelines while ensuring compliance with established EHS standards and local regulations. You will also provide program leadership and oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives to continue to create and iterate the Google-Great EHS program.
