A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As a Technical Program Management (TPM), you will oversee post-facility medium and high voltage electrical systems/product upgrades and retrofits. You will build design teams, facilitate shared execution plans, and oversee design services for construction activities. You will understand design, construction, and new product development. You will proactively identify, organize, and lead program activities to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. This involves scoping, phasing, and leading cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
