Pure is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our data center deployment initiatives. In this high-impact role, you'll be the driving force behind the design and implementation of our next-generation data center solutions, managing a multi-million dollar budget and ensuring technical excellence. You'll partner with key stakeholders across engineering, operations, and finance to transform strategic vision into reality, while navigating complex technical requirements and mitigating risks.

  • Define and manage the technical roadmap for data center deployments, from initial concept to full-scale operation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, scope, and execute on hardware and software requirements, including server types, storage, networking components, and system configurations.
  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, driving predictable and frequent software and hardware releases while maintaining high standards for quality and performance.
  • Oversee a multi-million dollar budget, providing clear financial oversight and making data-driven recommendations to optimize system utilization, refresh cycles, and resource pooling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical and logistical aspects of deployment, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical programs, with a proven track record of managing complex projects with significant budget and resource dependencies.
  • Deep technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Ability to take full ownership of program outcomes, driving quality, defining metrics, and championing best practices across the organization.
