In this position... 
Success as a Technical Program Manager in our Connected Vehicle Software
division requires someone who is centered on product and engineering excellence
with a bias for action. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
successfully partnering with a wide group of disciplines across the company. 

You will own cross-team initiatives, identify best practices and bring your
industry experience to bear on a company-wide scale. 

You will engage with complex engineering programs, demonstrating leadership and
a strong command of the tools and process required to achieve the teams’ goals. 

You will lead software programs in a principled way, and by example when the
opportunities arise. You will have consummate communications skills, keeping up-
and down-stream dependencies well aligned, and all stakeholders well-informed. 

You’re as comfortable writing clear and concise content for leadership as you
are leading a system design meeting. 

Ideal candidates will have experienced multiple product cycles involving
software and services, including up-and down-stream dependencies.
