About The Position

Oracle's Global Physical Security (GPS) Systems Team is responsible for securing the corporation's global datacenter and facility footprint through advanced Physical Access and Identity Management (PIAM) technologies. We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the vision, development, and modernization of the BADGE & BADGE-DC platforms, which are foundational to Oracle's global security operations. The ideal candidate excels in PIAM and security system deployments in hyperscale environments, drives large-scale technical automation, and ensures systems remain robust, secure, and compliant with ever-changing business and regulatory demands. This role requires deep technical acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to orchestrate globally distributed, cross-functional technical teams. You will oversee the entire platform lifecycle, from roadmap definition and architecture to deployment, automation, audit, and modernization, while maximizing process efficiency and business value.
