About The Position

The Technical Program Manager - Automated Access Control Systems (AACS) leads the global strategy, planning, and lifecycle management of Oracle's access control platforms deployed across enterprise offices, hyperscale data centers, and mission-critical facilities. In this role, you will collaborate extensively with IT, security, real estate, and compliance partners to ensure that access control systems reliably and efficiently support evolving business growth, regulatory requirements, and risk management obligations. With authority over the end-to-end AACS roadmap, you will be responsible for guiding platform selection, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing project delivery for new deployments and enhancement initiatives. You will champion automation and best practices, accelerating onboarding/offboarding, leveraging self-service and integration tools, and ensuring high standards of security, user experience, operational uptime, and audit readiness.
