A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Technical Program management of project milestones across Silicon and System NPI with internal and external partners. You will serve as a strategic integrator for Operational Excellence, acting as a strategic advisor to members of the Global Silicon Technology and Sourcing (GSTS) leadership team and their organizations. You will represent the Vice President of GSTS in a variety of venues; driving business operations; creating and enhancing processes and project milestone governance; leading quarterly and annual planning and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); and owning resource prioritization and management. In addition, you will play a crucial role in driving cost reduction initiatives, building industry engaged analysis for Silicon and System cost models and cycle times. You will work in a fast paced environment, supporting an executive with a sizable organization, and driving transformative shifts.
