About The Position

This is a 12 week internship program beginning on May 26th 2026 or June 22nd 2026. Location: Onsite 5 day's a week at Headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026/Spring 2027
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure impact, and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience in data, analytics, or AI, with a curiosity to apply these skills to real-world business challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure complex information clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze program data to create automated metrics dashboards and flag anomalies or threshold breaches
  • Identify manual processes and assist in designing automated workflows using tools like Jira, Slack, and other collaboration platforms
  • Develop automation solutions for anomaly detection and cleanup (e.g., identifying inefficiencies in Jira workflows or dependency mismatches)
  • Research and propose AI use cases to improve program management efficiency, such as intelligent dashboards, automated summaries, and action tracking
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and test small-scale AI/automation prototypes or proof-of-concepts
  • Support automated tracking of program activities, including action items and milestone progress
