About The Position

Exiger is seeking a Technical Program Director to lead and integrate a high-impact portfolio supporting public sector customers at the intersection of healthcare supply chain resilience, operational continuity, and advanced analytics. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, serving as a senior interface with government stakeholders, and ensuring analytical insights are translated into decision-ready guidance and measurable operational outcomes. Reporting to senior Exiger leadership, this leader will own day-to-day direction of a mission-critical program, delivering a repeatable supply chain risk management framework and operating model that enables proactive risk identification, mitigation, and decision support. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into fieldable capabilities, actionable risk insights, and sustained program impact. This is a high-visibility role for a program leader who is credible with government stakeholders, strong in execution, and comfortable operating at the intersection of analytics, operations, and real-world delivery—where supply chain disruptions directly impact continuity of care and mission outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading programs in public sector, healthcare, supply chain, logistics, or related environments.
  • Deep technical expertise with a proven track record of leading engineering and software development functions, including SQL, Python, ETL processes, data engineering, full-stack development, and DevSecOps.
  • Experience engaging government stakeholders and operating in structured, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs with evolving requirements.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, or third-party risk.
  • Experience working with technical teams (data science, engineering, analytics).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to brief stakeholders clearly.
  • Experience working within program management or delivery frameworks.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance at a minimum.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the program lead accountable for successful execution of complex supply chain risk management programs supporting public sector customers.
  • Act as a primary interface with government stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operational leadership functions.
  • Demonstrate measurable program impact by defining success metrics, tracking outcomes, and communicating value in terms of risk reduction, improved visibility, and operational continuity.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning delivery, data science, analytics, and product to ensure alignment between customer objectives and execution.
  • Translate analytical outputs and platform insights into decision-ready briefings, reports, and recommended courses of action.
  • Oversee program performance across scope, schedule, risk, and resource utilization.
  • Guide development and implementation of supply chain risk mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with AI Solutions Engineers and product teams to ensure platform capabilities are effectively deployed.
  • Establish governance structures, stakeholder engagement cadence, and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify emerging risks, execution challenges, and opportunities for program growth.
  • Mentor and support program and delivery team members.
