biBerk is an organization that thrives on innovation and collaboration, and we need a driven individual to assist our technology leadership team in facilitating Agile software development practices, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and coordinating other IT activities to ensure our development teams operate at peak efficiency. We are adding a Program Coordinator to help us manage team operations, sprint delivery, and communications within our team and with our user community. The Program Coordinator will work with our technology teams and stakeholders. They will work daily with technology leadership, business system analysts, developers, and quality assurance personnel. The ideal candidate will excel in Agile methodologies and administrative coordination. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in office per week in our Pittston, PA office.
