We're seeking a Technical Production Artist who thrives on innovation and is excited to help drive our art automation and technology initiatives forward. This role plays a key part in supporting overall company growth by testing, refining, and implementing new art tools and automation processes throughout the organization. Working under the direction of the IT Manager, this position bridges the gap between IT and our Creative Department. If you're a creative problem-solver who loves process improvement, embraces new ideas, communicates effectively, and enjoys teamwork - this could be your perfect fit. This is an onsite position based in Detroit Lakes, MN .

Requirements

  • 2- or 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Art, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong illustrating background with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar programs).
  • Experience building or utilizing Adobe Actions and automation scripts required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Works well within a collaborative team environment.
  • Values Continuous Improvement and forward-thinking innovation.
  • Must love dogs (we kinda like them a lot at HQ).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the IT Manager to test, refine, and implement new art automation tools and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Department to integrate new processes and provide cross-functional support.
  • Prioritize daily workload based on system timelines and project needs.
  • Meet specifications and expectations established by the IT Manager and Art Department.
  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar programs to test system processes and develop automation scripts.
  • Build, modify, and test Adobe Actions and automation workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement within art production processes and technology systems.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and communicate effectively with both IT and Creative teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company's value of Team.
