About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Designer with 5-8 years experience to join our passionate team and shape the future of our WisdomAI enterprise software! You’ll design thoughtful, high-impact solutions that improve the user experience and drive growth for our data intelligence software that enables data analysts and business users to mine strategic insights from their data. We are on year two of this startup (20-30 people and growing) and looking for a `go-getter` who is willing to work on site in San Mateo. This is a fast pace startup environment for the creative designer with an engineering mind! Is that you?

Requirements

• Experience in product design, with strong graphic and interactive formal training (CSS/HTML/React skills a bonus!)
• Solid Typographic skills
• Solid Skills with platforms like Figma, Webflow, Notion, Jira, Git, etc.
• A data-driven mindset paired with strong information visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for improving user experiences and solving problems.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge or experience with Databases, Cloud Computing, and Networking is an extra bonus!

Responsibilities

• Information Architecture - App maps, user flows, and wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• User research to identify pain points and opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering to bring your designs to life
• Work closely with users to gather feedback and refine experiences
• Align with the product roadmap to anticipate needs
