About The Position

This position provides customer service and industrial product support.
Distribution of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Instrumentation supplies.

Requirements

• Technical aptitude for industrial products.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn industrial products and applications.
• Proficient computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer Service/Technical Product experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Industrial Supplies experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide support and information on products & services.
• Remain current with discount structure and AFP products.
• Maintain current customer accounts, build relationships.
• Work closely with inside sales and sales reps in team environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
