The Technical Product Specialist II serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues from program support and internal teams. This position provides in-depth technical support by collaborating with Development, Engineering, SQA, Product Management, and Project Management. The Product Specialist is responsible for driving issue resolution, documenting solutions in CRM, and cross-training other Product Specialists. The role also requires strong customer service skills and utility business knowledge to support Program Managers with customer solution deployments. Additionally, the specialist supports company test environments and labs, manages test cases, and tests beta versions of products to provide feedback to Engineering teams.
