Technical Product Solutions Manager Job Code TPSM.322.002 FLSA Status Exempt Job Family Product Management Cost Center 322 Purpose of Position The Technical Product Solutions Manager is a hybrid strategist and technologist responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions. This role partners closely with engineering, data science, AI/automation teams, and operations to design, deliver, and evolve products built on modular architecture and modern APIs. Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions Product Strategy and Vision: Define product vision and success metrics aligned to company goals and modular product development. Prioritize initiatives using data-driven analysis and stakeholder input. Requirements Management: Execution & Delivery: Lead agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives). Track progress using metrics like time-to-market, adoption, and quality. Conduct user acceptance testing and assist with Proof of Concept (POC) programs. Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance through analytics and customer feedback. Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and cost optimization. Technical Execution: Act as the bridge between business, engineering, and operations; ensure requirements are clear and achievable. Work with DevOps and QA on release planning, monitoring, and incident response strategies. Partner with compliance/security teams to meet HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Market and Competitive Analysis: Work with Solution Manager and Owner to review identify new opportunities, anticipate market changes, and inform product decisions. Regulatory Compliance: Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all products adhere to stringent healthcare regulations and privacy laws, such as HIPAA and other relevant standards. Product Performance and Optimization: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to guide ongoing product improvements and optimization efforts. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of communication for all product-related activities, providing clear updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, engaging directly with solution managers to gather feedback and incorporating it into the product strategy. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation frameworks, or data analytics platforms. Strong understanding of APIs, cloud services, data pipelines, and modern development practices. Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development principles, system architecture, and data analysis. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Comfortable navigating ambiguous requirements and complex systems. Proven record of influencing cross-functional teams. Passion for delivering products that solve real user problems. Experience and Education Requirements Education Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Health Informatics, Engineering, or a related field required. Preferred Graduate Degree An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, M.S.) is a plus. Years of Experience Minimum Years of Experience Comments 3 3–6 years in product management, software engineering, or a technical hybrid role required. 1 Healthcare, fintech, or revenue cycle management experience required.
