The Integrated Business Planning and Commercial Technical Product Owner (M2) - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) will work at the intersection of the finance team and technology to help define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization & ongoing product management. This role will focus on developing the Anaplan technology that supports a transformed financial planning and budgeting process. The location where this role will be based is Brunswick- NJ.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ year relevant experience in Product Management and in supporting the Finance or Supply Chain functions.
  • Strong technical focus with prior work experience in financial planning and budgeting technology solutions is required.
  • Financial planning and analysis.
  • EPM Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan is preferred.
  • Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as Agile methodology.
  • Experience working to bring products/services to market strongly desired.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT collaborator with the business; work with the Squad to shape the vision and roadmap in delivering products.
  • Ensure the squad "builds the right solution" based on the business requirements. Work with the EPM Supply Chain Squad team members to shape and define technical solutions that are in alignment with business needs & priorities.
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure all partners are clear on the roadmap activities, interdependencies & due dates.
  • Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards.
  • Accountable for the delivery of the Technical Solution.
