Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO), ServiceNow Technology Workflows to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of high‑value solutions for three products: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). Reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Lead, this role is central to shaping and executing product vision. The TPO partners with stakeholders to define requirements and manage the product roadmap and backlog. The role also provides indirect leadership to technical teams, serving as the first point of escalation and prioritizing work from the backlog. The TPO drives agile delivery, clarifies business and technical needs, removes obstacles, and ensures continuous improvement to maximize organizational value.
