Pharm TranSCend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. As part of the Pharm TranSCend Program, we are looking for a highly skilled and delivery-focused IT professional with proven knowledge and practical experience in Master Data Governance. This individual will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable project deliverables, ensuring effective solution design, and partnering with stakeholders and integration partners to drive successful MDG implementation. The JJT TPO MDG is responsible for coordination and oversight of delivery activities for workflow-based MDG solutions that ensure accurate, secure, and compliant master data across the IM organization. This position requires strong professional experience to manage requirements, align with business priorities, and support delivery teams in achieving agreed outcomes. The JJT TPO MDG role will work closely with business stakeholders and the integration partners to validate requirements, perform gap analysis, support solution design, and ensure developments meet functional acceptance criteria. Person at this role will follow up on execution to ensure that development, testing, and cutover activities are aligned with established project plans and schedules. Operating within an Agile delivery framework, the JJT TPO MDG will partner with technical and business teams to ensure user stories are well-defined, workflows are clear, and specifications are accurate — enabling delivery teams to implement functionality that meets business expectations.
