About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to spearhead technology solutions across our critical enterprise functions: Accounting, Facilities, Finance, Ops Services and PR. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap/backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver high-value solutions that enhance our restaurant and home office systems, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Product Ownership, or related roles.
  • Proven experience owning and managing technology solutions for enterprise functions (Accounting, Facilities, Finance, Ops Services and PR preferred).
  • Strong understanding of both custom software development lifecycles and SaaS solution implementation and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse business stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

  • Experience in the casual dining or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Technical Product Owner for custom-developed applications and various SaaS platforms across critical enterprise functions, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, 3rd party vendors, and leadership to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and administrators to design and implement new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Lead Agile product development efforts, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Stay up to date on the platforms’ capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders within Accounting, Facilities, Finance, Ops Services and PR.
  • Act as the primary technology liaison, understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and communicating technology strategies effectively.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of the owned product’s solutions.
