The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Care Analytics leads the roadmap and execution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovations in CommunityCare. This role is highly focused on automating and streamlining new and existing efforts using an AI-first approach, and requires the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable solutions that can be implemented with AI or RPA. The TPO will define the roadmap for AI and RPA initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance automation, reduce data inconsistencies, and eliminate manual processes. They will also drive adoption of AI, maintain a structured backlog, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the Product Catalog and documentation. The role involves working closely with AI and RPA engineers, architects, DBAs, ETL teams, and developers, supporting process improvement, overseeing testing and validation of AI, and ensuring the maintenance of deployed AI models. The TPO will also apply AI across technical and departmental disciplines, provide clear documentation, communicate updates to various teams, and serve as the subject-matter expert for AI and RPA standards, analyzing error trends and promoting AI- and automation-first procedures.
