The ARCOS solution reports on the up to-the-minute location and status of equipment and crews via mobile workforce management technology for utilities and other critical infrastructure, like airlines, manufacturers, and industrial facilities. The ARCOS platform helps organizations save time and money, while improving customer satisfaction and the efficiency, safety, and accuracy of operations. ARCOS is looking for a strategic and technically savvy Technical Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our core technical solutions. In this role, you'll own the development of customer-facing APIs, complex algorithms, and essential platform services that power our products. Ideal candidates will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on experience with enterprise system integrations, and a passion for building AI-driven features that solve real-world problems. Familiarity with GIS data and systems is a strong plus. Your mission: make ARCOS products simple to adopt, easy to integrate, and seamless to manage from a technical and IT systems perspective.
