Technical Product Manager
About The Position
This product manager will work within a large telecommunications company. The team is seeking an individual who can take an idea through discovery, design, development, and testing. A successful product manager is someone who can collaborate with technical engineers, UX designers, and with the users. Someone who can pivot a technical conversation to working with users. Job Description Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery. Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches. Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements. Ability to dive dep into technical considerations as needed. This product is a soft tool that allows frontline users (field technicians, and their support). to diagnose what is going on in the network.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Product Owner/Manager space.
- Experience working on large teams and cross functionally.
- Smartsheet and Jira
Nice To Haves
- Telecom experience is preferred.
